Yes, shocking, I know. But I figured that since my health is declining rapidly, I should healthen up. I'm only trying to lose ten or fifteen pounds, while toning up my muscles and gaining a healthier and more balanced diet.

I heard years ago that their food pyramid is healthier than the american pyramid, so I went to check it out, and OMG! After only a day of regulating myself to their guidelines, I feel alot better!
